10-OH-HHC, also known as 10-hydroxy-hexahydrocannabinol, is a semi-synthetic cannabinoid derived from HHC (hexahydrocannabinol). It’s formed when HHC is metabolized in the body, specifically through hydroxylation, where a hydroxyl group is added to the molecule by liver enzymes. This metabolite is thought to have different, and potentially more potent, effects than HHC itself.
